FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in Bellville, Ohio.
yes, I travel!
Travel charges only apply after 20 miles from my base location.
When using more than one location for a session they must be within 10 miles of each other.
When is payment due?
A non-refundable deposit is required to be added to our schedule, amount is defendant on package chosen.
and we do offer payment plans, so long as the balance is paid before day of the session or at the end of the session. If balance is not paid, we will reschedule to a later date. After three times rescheduling, the balance will be returned to you with the exception of the deposit. If paying with a check, your online gallery will not be available until check has cleared with our bank.
How long does a session take?
I do not have a set time for each session package, other than weddings and events, but do try to time accordingly with how many images your session requires. Usually no more than 90 minutes for the smaller sessions and 120 minutes for the larger sessions and Black Background equine sessions.
When will we get our photos?
My usual turn around time for delivery of your album is 4-6 weeks. Possibly sooner in the lighter seasons and longer in the busy seasons.
I then provide you a link to your album.
You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, as well as order prints, canvases and metal wall hangings.
What can we use our images for?
You can use your images for prints and enlargements, or other products such as buttons, coffee cups, bags, clothes or whatever you may like. These items may be purchased through me, or you can purchase a print release to be able to use the prints elsewhere. Images are NOT to be used for advertising or an attempt in ay way to sell them or make a profit off of them. Unless otherwise agreed upon. All of my images are copy written with the library of congress yearly, and are held to a strict copyright parameter.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, if a session has been moved by the client two times, payments will be returned minus the non-refundable deposit. inclement weather and sickness happens, these are different and will be handled accordingly.

What if a venue needs to be rented?
we can absolutely rent someplace, and do this often. However, Payment or rent for Venues fall under the responsibility of you {the client}.
